Our Service Department will establish a priority file for you that will include:

  • A detailed site map indicating the physical location of all doors and equipment, identified by a number established by your company or our service team, designed to simplify communication when requesting service.

  • Specific information about all doors, motor operators and equipment. Manufacturer, serial number, size, type and installation details will be on file to allow prompt dispatch of personnel and equipment to properly service your doors.

  • A detailed record of all inspections, results, and all action taken or needed.

You’ll be provided copies of all inspection reports for your records .Experience has proven that periodic preventive maintenance and inspection reduces downtime and repair expense while extending useful life and operating efficiency. Proper operation and housekeeping will always be the owner’s responsibility, and our service will not extend product warranty.
